When I had the time to make another appt., she said her extra *** hr. service offer was no longer available, I told her I wanted a refund. She said to contact Groupon for the refund, she had not cashed in on it yet. I will never do business with her. Please give me my $** refund.

I was early to my *st time appt. I paid for the service up front, my time was not respected, and their promise to make it right with me was not honored. I felt cheated and disrespected as a customer. I refuse to do business with a merchant that treats customers this way.
I called to make an appointment. Thanked her for offering the *** hour additional whitening appt to make up for the *** hour of wasting my time. She said that she will no longer honor her offer, because I did not make my appointment the next day, or within that week. I had told her on the phone that the next day would not work for me. I called her as soon as I had the time to reschedule. I want a refund.
