I placed an order for a laptop, and after I got an email saying that the order was placed, I got another email saying that the transaction failed because of incorrect card information. I tried to update my card information, but it only showed which card I used to purchase, and didn’t give me the option of updating anything. I then got an email the following day saying that my item is shipped, so I assumed the issue was resolved. But since then I’ve gotten * more emails saying that my transaction failed. I just went on Groupon and it shows two orders of the same item- one giving a delivery date, and the other saying it was shipped. I was only charged once, but I want to make sure that it didn’t place the order twice and keep trying to charge my card for the same item that’s already being shipped to me.
