The issue in GetHuman-clavargn's own words
I ordered the Luxury Hoodie Lined Throw Blanket on July **, ****. I received a confirmation of my order on the same day at **:**pm EST. I never received an email stating it was shipped, but I just received an email on August *th asking what I thought about the purchase and how would I rate it? This would insinuate that I received the package which I had not. I clicked into my account and there is tracking information from FedEx that says it was delivered August *st. But again I never actually received this package. And I have been home each day to check the mail. I double checked my shipping address and it is correct. So I am looking to resolve this * of * ways. Either resend*replace this same item at no extra cost and if that is not possible I would like a refund of the $**.** I paid for both the item and shipping. Thank you.
