I called several times and left voice messages to try to schedule the appointments. The first time, the lady voicemessage to the clients said that she was on vacation for two weeks, she asked to leave the name and phone number and she will call back. she never did. I kept calling after those * weeks and after expired and she never answered or call me back to schedule an appointment. Therefore, I would like my money back to my credit card, please. I paid $** per each groupon. My others * groupons are from New Look Laser ( * Endermologie LPG Cellulite reduction treatments) I got * thinking that I could get * sessions, but the place allows just * groupon per person. The owen of that Laser De Beaut didn't realized that I purchased a groupons and I need to schedule my appointments. She never call back and never answer her phone. I felt like it was a suspicious offer a groupon that never exists. I felt like that place tricked the clients from groupon who has the confidence of purchasing deals. The experience was frustrated and it is still frustrated. I really want my money back.

I have been a costomer for * years or maybe longer. I experience something similar with horse riding lessons, and groupon resolve the problem right away. I think I have been a good customer. I like to purchase groupons, I think groupons are great, but sometimes the bussiness don't respect the rule of a groupon.
I don't want to try that place anymore. I don't like to deal with bussiness that never answer the phone or do not contact the customer for something already paid. I called several times and I couldn't talk to anyone. I got tired to leave voice messages. On the other hand, New Look Laser, I understood that I can't use more that one groupon.
