I recently became aware that items remain in my basket on the Groupon site even after leaving. Upon unknowingly purchasing 5 mattress toppers, 3 ravioli makers, and more, I contacted Groupon for assistance. They advised me to return the unwanted items upon arrival with printable labels. Despite my daughter's efforts to obtain the labels, we were unsuccessful due to the items not being eligible for return. As an elderly woman on a fixed income, I cannot afford these items. To whom it may concern, I am writing to address an issue regarding an allergy test I signed up for. Initially, I neglected to apply the Voucher Redemption Code and was charged $[redacted]. After emailing the company, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7-10 days, but I have not yet received my refund. I recently bought a Best Western Groupon for a 2-night stay in Carpinteria, California, from June 12 to June 14. However, after confirming my reservation with the hotel, they informed me that there was no booking under my name for those dates. I have reached out to Groupon to address this discrepancy. I recently purchased a coupon from Groupon for a discounted Papa John’s pizza. However, I encountered issues when trying to redeem the coupon on the Papa John’s website. Despite following the instructions and entering the code as directed, I consistently received an “invalid coupon” message. After visiting the store and speaking with an employee, I learned that the code without hyphens should have been used, rather than the one with hyphens as I was instructed. As a result, I inadvertently redeemed the coupon using the incorrect code and now have a useless coupon with only the hyphenated ID number displayed. I kindly request a refund for the coupon or a new promo code that I can successfully redeem for the pizza I originally purchased. I booked a hotel in Hyannis through Groupon. Shortly after, my bank closed my credit card due to security reasons related to the reservation. I haven't received any booking confirmation from you via email. I made one reservation yesterday evening, and as there was no confirmation, I made another one. Now, I have three reservations for the same hotel on the same nights. The hotel mentioned that only Groupon can cancel two out of the three reservations. I have contacted my bank regarding this issue as well. I am hopeful that you can resolve this problem promptly and cancel two of the three reservations.

Yesterday evening, I purchased a Groupon for Essex Street Grille while dining with friends. I selected a dinner for 4 and paid with my credit card. The order number is #[redacted]. Despite ordering apps, desert, and meals based on the Groupon, the order status remained "pending." Unfortunately, this led to an embarrassing situation when I couldn't use it for dinner and had to cover the full bill. Checking this morning, the Groupon is still marked as "pending." I've used Groupons successfully in the past, but I'm extremely disappointed this time. I believe I should be compensated with a free Groupon due to the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

Yesterday, I attempted to buy 2 Go Las Vegas adult cards but encountered an issue. Although my smart phone shows the order as pending, the website was down, and when I checked online, there was no record of my purchase. My Order # is [redacted]. When I called Go City at [redacted], the staff advised me to Live Chat with Groupon for a redemption code to receive the vouchers via email. I urgently need assistance because I tried to book a helicopter tour for my Mom and me, but they require verification for reservations, which I understand. However, reservations must be made 72 hours in advance, and our trip is approaching quickly. Time is running out, and we need help promptly.

I am trying to get a reply to my query regarding an order issue. I had a live chat with Arun Kumar on 01/05 where I was promised to receive an update via email, but I haven't heard anything since. Despite replying to the email and sending follow-up messages, I have not received any response. My DPD app shows one active parcel, but the Groupon Account page indicates it has been delivered, which is incorrect. This order was made on May 7th for a specific event, and the incomplete deliveries are causing inconveniences. I need urgent clarification on how many more boxes are to be delivered and when to expect them.

I found a fantastic deal on a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal sessions at "Mind and Body Clinic" in Avon, Ohio, priced at just $[redacted].00. Regrettably, the offer expires on June 30, [redacted]. I recently discovered that I am 8 weeks pregnant and would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for this purchase. I purchased a Groupon for Brooklyn Banya Spa. Upon arrival with my girlfriend, we were both taken aback by the overwhelming smell resembling a fish store throughout the facility. Disappointed to find out that the sauna was not working and there was no Jacuzzi as advertised, only small, lukewarm tubs that also had a fishy smell. I approached the main cashier to inquire about additional amenities, to which I was informed that the hot and cold tubs were the only options available. The kitchen was closed, outside food and drinks were prohibited, and there was no option for reentry. My girlfriend mentioned seeing a cat in the women's locker room, further adding to our unpleasant experience. Feeling deceived by false advertising, I am contemplating taking legal action but ultimately, I simply desire a refund. Our attempt at a romantic day outing turned into a disappointing and misleading situation, leading us to leave the premises after a mere five minutes.

I'm new to using Groupon and this experience will determine if I use it in the future. I bought 6 tickets for the Diamond Head Luau in Oahu, Hawaii on 5/3/19. I provided my credit card details, but I haven't been charged yet. I'm unsure about the process. I purchased a reservation for Wilderness at the Smokies, but upon arrival, I had to wait in line at the main building for 30 minutes. I was surprised to learn that I would be staying in a resort miles away from the main building and needing to take a group bus there. This information was not provided in the email or by the Groupon page, leading to inconvenience for my family. The front desk staff at Wilderness at the Smokies advised against using Groupon for bookings at the hotel. I am requesting a refund for this issue and will contact the Better Business Bureau if necessary. It is important for companies to accurately describe their services to customers. I made purchases on May 3 and May 4 but cannot locate a way to cancel them. I accidentally ordered a fleece blanket and a monthly $5 Starbucks card subscription (even though I don't drink coffee). Additionally, a previous bracelet order always shows an invalid code, despite my numerous attempts to enter it correctly. To prevent future charges, I have removed my card from my account. I have spent hours attempting to resolve these issues, which has been very frustrating. I kindly request refunds for the bracelet, blanket, and Starbucks card. I purchased tickets for the Greek Theater in Los Angeles for May 25th, and I was informed that my section would be better than BRC. However, I was told they couldn't provide my seat arrangements and directed me to contact AXS. Unfortunately, the phone numbers provided by AXS did not work, and I am very displeased with this situation. I don't know where my seats will be, and after speaking with the Greek box office, I learned I can't upgrade them if I'm unhappy. I wish to discuss this matter with someone to resolve it. It's important to me to know where my seats are located before the event. If a refund is not possible, I will visit the box office today to purchase tickets directly from the Greek Theater. While it may cost a bit more, it will save me a lot of hassle. Dealing with this issue on May 1st took hours, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

I purchased a Groupon for the Joy of Movement (5 Beginner classes), but the Merchant is not honoring it. I would like a refund for the amount paid. The Merchant's explanation was that I cannot take Beginner classes because I already did so in [redacted]. I have seen other Groupons prevent multiple purchases in similar situations, like the ones for Dharma's Restaurant in Capitola CA. I find it inconsistent that Joy of Movement is not honoring the classes I paid for. After speaking with the owner who denied my request, I respectfully request a refund for the Groupon. I reached out about this over a week ago but received no response via email. I hope to get a resolution this time, otherwise, I may need to contact support again.

I bought the $19.99 Collage.com prints deal for 75 5x7 cards. However, it wasn't clear that the back of the cards couldn't be printed on. When I applied the voucher code, my total unexpectedly increased to $88, and after the discount was applied, it ended up being $[redacted]. I was not prepared to pay $88 for 75 pictures, so could I please receive a refund to proceed with ordering these prints? Thank you very much!

I recently tried to book a hotel through Groupon for the first time. The first reservation went smoothly, but when I tried to book a second hotel, I didn't receive a confirmation email. I waited for a while, then mistakenly made another booking without confirmation. Now the orders are processing, and I can't cancel or know if they will go through. I have put a hold on my card and hope the payments fail so I can retry later, but it has been over an hour with no progress. I will have to wait until the next few hours pass to see if the payments will fail, as it is Sunday and support might not be available.
