I was emailed a groupon gift voucher for a $**.** Sam's Club membership & $**.** Sam's Club gift card. The promotional time period was to expire ******* but when I typed in my redemption code it said the promotional time had expired, and to visit my local Sam's Club to redeem my membership. Customer service at Sam's said it was a groupon problem and sent me away. I could not contact groupon so I messaged Sam's Club who filed an incident report. incident *: ******-****** and upon chatting with Sam's this evening I was given a link which brought me here. they said to contact you here so you could issue me a new redemption code. here is the old one: *LX*ID*R*IBQ please issue a new code so I can redeem my * year Sam's Club membership & $**.** Sam's gift card. Thanks.

Groupon is impossible to get a hold of. Can’t make contact through live chat, or phone numbers, customer support takes you in circles on their website which is a joke. Sam’s Club live chat finally resolved my issue. Just stay in contact with Sam’s live chat they’ll fix it eventually. But Groupon needs to shape up!
