I need assistance with obtaining a refund for a recent purchase made with PayPal. The event organizer requires a code from Groupon to process my payment, but Groupon needs confirmation from the organization that I have signed up for the event before issuing the code. It's a frustrating situation with no clear resolution in sight.

I received a massage gift from my son which I had already booked, but now I need to reschedule due to work commitments. I have been attempting to contact Spa Health Land for several days but have had no success. Their voicemail is not set up, and my text messages went unanswered. Today was the scheduled day of my appointment, and I am worried about losing the value of my Groupon. The Groupon number is LG-L421-GFVC-Y9NL-TXB4. Thank you. - A.

I had a disappointing experience at Nail Lab recently. I went in for a mani-pedi, starting with my pedicure, which took an hour. Following that, my manicure took a long time, and even after leaving the salon it turned out my toes were still wet. Upon closer inspection, the polish on my toes was ruined, with my big toes completely affected and my pinky toes missing polish. When I reached out to have it fixed the next day, the only option given was to come back at 1pm, which I couldn't do due to travel plans. The manager, June, was unhelpful and accused me of berating her, which I did not do. I was eventually told to leave. Ultimately, I had to remove the polish myself due to its poor quality. I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory service I received.

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian blowout from Glo Salon. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues with their service. Despite trying to reach them via phone and online appointment scheduling, I have not received a response. To make matters worse, after booking online, they charged my credit card an additional $50.00 without my consent. Upon visiting the salon's location listed on the Groupon, I discovered that there is no such salon, and none of the stylists there are familiar with it. Additionally, my Groupon was marked as "redeemed" when I only made an appointment and have not received any services. I have tried contacting them multiple times to no avail, which is concerning. This situation is starting to seem fraudulent, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a $26.00 smog check and ended up paying $42.00 after additional charges, which were not disclosed to me beforehand. Despite my attempts to contact Groupon through chat, I kept getting disconnected, leaving me frustrated and suspicious of the transaction. I feel like I was misled as there was no mention of the extra $13.00 I had to pay in cash. As a senior on a fixed income, I was seeking a bargain, not to be deceived. The discrepancy between the $26.00 on my initial receipt and the actual $29.00 charged, along with the undisclosed cash payment, has left me feeling scammed.

Hello Groupon Team,
I recently bought a Groupon deal for a car wash and used it on Tuesday. The service at the Tower station was unsatisfactory. They lacked clear instructions and my car was still dirty after the wash. I was disappointed and feel I should receive a refund to my original payment method for this subpar service. I don't want to blame Groupon but seek fairness for my experience. I hope to be compensated appropriately as I am very displeased with having to get another car wash now. Thank you.

Hello Groupon Team,**I recently bought a Groupon deal for a car wash and used it on Tuesday at the Tower station. I was very disappointed with the service. They lacked clear instructions on how to proceed with the car wash, and the end result was unsatisfactory as my car is still dirty in some spots. Despite not needing a deep cleaning, there were areas left untouched after the wash. I believe a refund to my original payment method is fair for this poor service experience. I don't blame Groupon, but I hope for the proper customer service I deserve. I invested time and was let down, now needing another car wash. Thank you.

I have tried multiple times to explain my issue in hopes of receiving assistance. I am disappointed by the lack of response and the non-existent customer service. I do not require help fixing my computer as it is functioning well. Cancelling my account would be appreciated since it seems there is no interest in resolving my concerns. It is disheartening that there is no human interaction, just automated responses. Unfortunately, I must bid farewell to any hope of a refund or receiving the undelivered products. Have a pleasant day. Regards, Jean T. [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I recently bought a Homdox ([redacted]) High Pressure Washer, but the product I received looks different from what I ordered online. Additionally, I purchased a 3-year warranty that I did not receive. I would like to confirm if I got the right product and keep it. Could you also send me the warranty documentation as proof? Kindly reach out at [redacted] for a follow-up discussion about my order. Thank you, Belverly L. McElrath.

I made a purchase with the Holiday Inn yesterday but realized I booked the wrong date. Despite having a Groupon, the hotel couldn't locate my reservation, leaving me without a place to stay. I was double-charged for a room I couldn't use. The manager offered a refund, but I couldn't find the option to cancel on Groupon. I'm frustrated because I needed the refund yesterday to cover my expenses. The mix-up left me stranded with no money left in my bank account. Despite being promised assistance by representatives, I haven't received a resolution. My confirmation numbers for the charges are [redacted] and [redacted].

We purchased two Groupons for Battleground Golf Course in Deer Park, Texas. We used one of them over the weekend and were very disappointed with the course's condition. Additionally, we were required to eat our included lunch on the golf cart as we were not allowed to dine in the restaurant. We were hoping to receive a credit for our Groupon LG-1NR2-YJGY-XPFS-HBHW as we don't plan on returning due to the poor conditions. Our redemption code is [redacted]8.

I recently bought a garden furniture set, and after setting up the chairs and table, I found an issue with the bench. I promptly reached out to customer service and sent photos of the fault while speaking with the representative. This set was intended as a gift for this weekend, and I stressed that only the bench was faulty in its unassembled state. An email from Katrina informed me that they couldn't replace the faulty part but offered a £20 groupon credit or a return of the entire set. Given that the rest of the set has been gifted and the bench's safety concern, a £20 credit seems inadequate as the bench needs replacing, which would cost more. Without a better solution, I may escalate my complaint. Replacing the faulty part should be feasible without needing a full set return, considering the impracticality of disassembly and repackaging.

On the 11th of February, I made several purchases. During my shopping, I attempted to order a set of cookware, but it seemed to have experienced a delay and was not added to my cart. Checking back later, I noticed that the first three items were processed successfully while the cookware was not visible in my order. Consequently, I placed the order for the cookware once more. Today, on the 13th of February, I observed that the cookware appears to have been duplicated in my order, which was unintentional as I only need one set. Additionally, had the initial order processed correctly, I would have qualified for free shipping and a 30% discount that I was unable to apply. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Elizabeth J. Crouch.

My partner bought a Groupon for two massages on December 11, [redacted], with order #1[redacted]17-[redacted]. Attempting to schedule with this vendor became a challenge. They rarely pick up their calls and have different availability for Groupons. Despite our efforts, we gave up and let the deal expire.
There have been several complaints about booking issues with "Tranquil and Serene Moments" on Google. The vendor responded by explaining their limitations due to Groupon pricing. They allocate a set number of slots for Groupon customers each week, making it difficult to schedule appointments before the deal expires. Considering this, it may be best to reconsider choosing this vendor. Is there a way to receive a refund for the unused Groupon due to the difficulty in booking appointments?

I recently purchased Microblading services from Freddie and had scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, they contacted me at 6:55 AM to cancel due to illness. Despite this, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable as I had to adjust my schedule, and there was a slight attitude displayed towards me. We rescheduled for 4/15/[redacted] at 5:00 PM via text, but I have since been trying to reach out for more information on preparation or a consultation without receiving a response. I now am hesitant to proceed with the service from this provider and would like a refund or a Groupon credit for the $[redacted].00 I paid. Thank you.

After addressing an issue with a purchase that didn't meet the advertisement, my Groupon account was deleted, preventing me from accessing my purchases to address these matters properly. If this is not resolved promptly, I will reach out to the Attorney General's office.
I am seeking a refund concerning Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]5. I raised a dispute with PayPal on April 12 regarding a Groupon tour that did not match the description or advertisement presented.
The Pink Sails Waikiki tour turned out to be significantly shorter than stated. Additionally, the tour did not include a visit to Hanuama Bay as promised; instead, it was a brief boat ride in a congested area far from the advertised location. This snorkeling spot was subpar, and the time allocated for snorkeling fell short of what was advertised.
The tour was inaccurately advertised, and I am seeking a refund for these reasons.
Please feel free to reach out with any inquiries.

I am owed $52.29 from my Milwaukee Journal Sentinel account after canceling my subscription for a Groupon deal. The newspaper promised a refund but after speaking with multiple customer service representatives, I am still awaiting resolution. I have kept records of all communications. Should I involve consumer protection agencies or the BBB? I await your guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a Groupon for a car detailing service on Friday, April 12th. When I went to the shop on Saturday, April 13th to make an appointment, the gentleman advised me to return the next day and ask for Don. I followed his suggestion and went on Sunday, April 14th, only to be told it would cost more since the person I spoke to turned out to be the owner. The owner asked me to return on Monday the 15th, but I was confused why he couldn't help me that day, especially since I was the first customer there despite the snowy conditions in Chicago. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted] or contact me via email at [redacted]

My spouse bought tickets for a wine and paint activity for Valentine's Day, but with our busy schedules, we couldn't schedule it. We attempted to book an event last weekend but had trouble finding a schedule of available paintings for different dates. Whenever we tried, the site warned that the Groupon deal was non-refundable. As we can't select a date and time due to the website difficulties, we prefer a refund to use the money elsewhere. The deal was with Paint Nite by Yay Maker, order number [redacted], placed on 2/14/19 and expires 6/14/19. The Groupon was $50. Please advise on the refund process or who to contact. Thank you.

I was trying to book a room and encountered an issue with my payment card. After fixing it, the desired date was no longer available. I ended up booking a different hotel but discovered that my card would still be charged for the initial booking after a day. I contacted customer support and saw both bookings pending. To avoid any mix-up, I canceled the second reservation. I need assurance that only the first booking at Olympia Lodge (Transaction: [redacted]) will be charged and confirmed. Please ensure the cancellation of the Lighthouse Lodge and Cottages booking (Transaction: [redacted]). If possible, I would appreciate it if my card could be processed promptly for the Olympia Lodge reservation to secure my stay. Thank you for your assistance.
