Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello...I purchased ONE Groupon on Friday February **, **** for the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel ***** Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD ***** for two nights for my husband and myself. When I went to look at my newly purchased Groupon I was very upset to see I had TWO Groupons for the exact hotel and now I was charged not once but twice for the same Groupon!!! I immediately called Groupon and Alexandra said there was nothing that Groupon could do and I would need to call the hotel. So I called the Clarion and spoke with Becky and she said Groupon should have canceled out the reservation and refunded my money for the “extra” room. I explained that Groupon said it was up to the hotel and now I have the hotel saying it was up to Groupon?! I gave Becky my Groupon order numbers and she said she only saw one order number ********** and maybe Groupon had canceled the other Groupon. Well today, February **, ****, I saw there were two double charges from Groupon for $***.** and $***.** on my credit card. I went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager, Gerri. She printed out a paper and showed me I still have two bookings in my name through Groupon. Booking ID ********** and **********. I tried calling Groupon today during your business hours but the recording says youre closed. I need someone to contact me ASAP over this matter. I have also been in contact with my bank and they suggest that I go forward with fraud charges to my account since I was double charged. All I want is a refund for the one room booking of $***.** that I did not authorize or use. Please get back to me ASAP*Thank you!***Debra Raley
