I received a groupon for a ** min massage from my sister for my bday. The company is called NW lifestyle massage and reiki. I have attempted to contact them about a dozen times. I have left so many voicemails and still no one has gotten back to me. As it turns out there is just one person in this company and his name is Ray. He is the only massage therapist. I finally decided to go to his scheduling website but only to find that he is booked for several months and by then my voucher will expire. I sent him a message through his website and still no response back. I also found an email address for him and sent him a lengthy email. And st mgot no response I’m afraid to tell my sister but I’m getting to the point where I’m going to have to. I’m sure she paid good money and it’s not like she is well off. I really only care that my sister gets a refund. I’m extremely put off by Ray and his unprofessional behavior. I would not like to have a massage by him at this point. If I’ve left that many voicemails and sent him several emails then I certainly am not comfortable getting a Massage from him. I think a refund to my sister would be the appropriate thing to do.
