This issue is in regards to our visit at the Poconos Thursday ***** **-******* order * **********, Name Charmaine Pitter , from the time we went to our room which is rm**** the door had a problem open for us, so we went back to the front desk to complain about this situation, they sent us someone* maintenance person to open the door for us and even when the person came the door was hard to open, but they did not fix the door and we thought that the door would be ok to open if and when we leave the room but it got worse when we left for dinner that night..The door would not open, we had to call the front desk again for someone to open the door this time when the person*maintenance could not open the door either some this guy had to call another maintenance person and this guy had to us a hammer to pry the door open..we were in the cold for about a *** hour before the guy told us we may have to move to a different room which we did *I made a complaint to the manager which promise to $ re-imburse us $***.** for the inconveniences but Groupon has to call them.
