Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Below is the email I sent the studio. But basically I want a refund because the classes advertised were not actually offered. *Hello, my name is Chance and I recently purchased a voucher for a painting class for two on Groupon for this studio. I have been checking online and I can not find just just a painting class on your calendar anywhere. All I see is painting classes paired with cooking classes and that is not what I had purchased. My girlfriend and I are heading to Nashville this weekend and it is the only time we will get to visit together this semester. If there are no available painting classes offered, I'm not sure how we can attend a class and use the voucher I purchased. If this is the case, I would like to know what I need to do in order to get a refund on the class. I purchased the tickets on January **th and they expire March **st.
GetHuman-chancear did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
