The four-piece luggage set I ordered and rec'd came in two different colors inside the set. Three of the pieces were navy and the larger piece was black. According to the website and ad all four pieces should have been the same color. I took pictures of the set of luggage.**After chatting with customer service on ******** it was agreed I could exchange for the correct set as the luggage was still available for purchase.**My problem: I went on the website to exchange the luggage and now I am being charged a higher price than what I originally purchased the luggage for. Why should I be charged a higher price due to someone else's mistake? This is not acceptable.**Item ********************Travelers Club Midtown HardsideSpinner Luggage Set.
