What kind of company are you? I watched the ** Minutes interview awhile ago and was impressed. I do not understand a company with no customer service. Help me please Groupon!!! Show your human side.

I need to get a refund from Groupon as I will never be able to use these purchases. ... If you could help me I'd be eternally grateful. I can not get in touch with Groupon support in anyway. I can't email their customer service as It won't let me and as you know their phone number is automated. Here is my problem and I am praying you can help.*I was a caregiver for my ** yr old Mother for over ** years. During that time I did nothing for myself. When she passed last August I bought several Groupons for me. I have all the information from my purchases on August *, ****. That was the only day I was able to go to Groupon to purchase deals I thought I could use. Within days family emergencies started happening. One of our grandsons was diagnosed with stomach cancer. My older brother has leukemia from Agent Orange during Vietnam. We spent months going to help plus trying to take care of my Mother's belongings and home. I haven't had a moment to breath let alone get facials etc. I spent close to $*,***. One voucher I can't find the price from. Most of these have expired and I don't know how to redo them nor do I want to because of these circumstances. I don't know when if ever I will be able to care for me. I know there are worse things in life but this has been pretty bad. I'm desperate for a refund if possible as we need every penny we can get right now. I made a mistake on something when I first started Groupon and was able to send an email requesting a refund. The company was wonderful and gave it to me. I can no longer recall what that was for but I was very impressed. I am praying I can be impressed by them again. I am caregiving two family members with cancer after ** yrs of caregiving my mother. I do not have this much time to spend trying to get through to such a huge company. I watched a ** Minutes report about Groupon and trusted them.
If they would contact me and give me a refund. That would be incredible! An answer to prayer.
I joined Groupon in July ****. I bought over $**** in services and couldn't foresee the future that I would not be able to use them. My grandson with cancer and his family can badly use that money. It would also help me to help my brother with cancer.
I can't get through to their customer support via phone, email or chat. This really scares me to ever use their services again. What kind of company doesn't have customer service?
