I was recently given to voucher through Groupon for tattoo removal through a company here in Denver Colorado I've recently in the past few days been diagnosed with a chronic illness and there truly is no point to get these tattoos removed considering I don't have much time left to live I'm wondering if your refund policy would allow or if you can make an exception to refund policy to allow some sort of credit to be put on my debit card somehow it's only about $*** I'm just wondering what is available to me if anything because I am not the purchaser of the Groupon but the receiver of the gift however I can't use them I spoke with the individuals at the ink stain and they said that they have seen it before where you refund or credit back or credit to an account the amount of purchase
