On the ******** I purchased a hair salon voucher. Booked for the ******* for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry for *pm in ahead of a wedding reception I am attending on the ********.*I arrived at **:** at Pacific Salon and was told on arrival by a member of staff they running late and if I wished to have my hair styled I would be waiting at least *** an hour for my turn. *I explained due to my ill health (I need to take medication for pain control and cannot stay away from home for unexpected lengths of time), and my required need to be at home at a certain for my children coming home from school I would not be able to wait extensively. *I tried to accommodate the asked for time, but *** an hour later I asked if possible a member of staff could indicate how late I was going to be. Where upon another member of staff looked at my hair and refused to put highlights through my hair as she felt my that I needed a different type of hair treatment which would cost me another £** and I would not be able to use my purchased voucher from Groupon towards it. *She told me “go home and ask Groupon on for a refund” but at that time she would only be willing to do a different type one of colour treatment for me, one which I needed to pay another £**. *Also by this time I was informed they would not be able to provide treatment to me in time for me anyway, as it would have meant being late at least an hour, which meant I would not be home in time for my children. *So as suggested by Pacific Salon staff I came home and tried to get a refund from yourselves and I am now currently trying to access customer services to see what help I can receive? *If I can receive a refund as Pacific Salon refused to give me the hair treatment that I have purchased from Groupon. *Hoping to receive some positive news after such a disappointing afternoon. *Thank you for your time and co operation. *Details of purchase *Purchase date: *********Order *: **********Payment method: paid to Groupon*Item (*): £**:***Sales tax: £*:***Shipping and Handling: £*:***Subtotal: £**:***Discount: £*:***Order total: £**:***End results.
