Last week you refunded me * voucher from Spade in Redondo Beach because I accidentally bought * and Spade said I could not use the second one. This past Saturday I made an appoint with Spade to use the one voucher that I now had. They said it would only be a consultation. At the consultation they said that a laser was wrong for me and I needed injections for a lot more money. I said I am here now can you use my voucher and do what you can for the veins on my legs. She said there was just one spot she would use a laser on and that would take ** minutes, but she refused to do it at the time. I was surprised because I was the only customer in the place. So we went back to the scheduling office and she said she wanted my charge card information on file. I have never had to do that with anyone unless I agreed to a subscription. So I said I would think about it and call her. After I left I got an email that I had made an appointment and then canceled it. Which I did not. She said wanted me to get * injections for my veins. I have had * treatments on my leg veins over the years and the tiny area she said she could only do and that would take ** minutes is very untrue. I have had all my veins treated in ** minutes with both laser and injections, so I am familiar with what she is talking about and I felt I should run because I really believed she was planning on taking advantage of me.**Can I please have a refund for the $** or can I transfer it to another purchase.
