I am so very disappointed. I have been searching for options to connect with Groupon to report a problem with my order and it has been very challenging. It has not been easy to do business with Groupon during this period at all. I have been a Groupon customer for years and have never been this disappointed. I recently ordered several items and the quality is not what was expected nor was the price. Each of the items I ordered was over priced. The website showed the necklaces that I purchased at $*.** each. I was charged $**.** each. I ordered several of them. I also ordered clothing. It was a * piece warm up suit. The Groupon advertised price was $**.**. I was charged $**.**. Also disappointing. I feel very much like Groupon has baited and switched and that is very disappointing. Altogether, very disappointed with Groupon right now.
