Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-skwiatko's own words
I purchased a subscription to the Milwaukee Journal and they have no order pending on file. The 'how to use the deal' states that I don't have to do anything to activate it, is this true? The Journal says that I DO have to activate it first. I purchased the deal on October **st. *The Journal was also telling me that the groupon was not valid for clients active within the past ** days. The groupon states instead, "one month". She told me I would have to cancel my groupon and rebuy after that ** days since I had cancelled the paper on Sept. **th. (Well within the limits if only ** days as groupon states).*Another factor is that I am going on vacation next week for * weeks and would prefer that the subscription wouldn't start until Dec. *nd or at least be able to but it on a vacation hold for that time period. Sorry to be so long winded, but I am in limbo here and need to get this clarifed asap! If need be I will cancel the groupon (if I can). Any help would be SO appreciated!
