The issue in GetHuman-rewiggs's own words
My wife had knee replacement surgery two months ago and this overnight stay at the Wigwam was to celebrate her successful return to normal life and our **th wedding anniversary. However she re-injured her knee and the outing was on a day to day basis. We finally decided that she could not go out and enjoy the short trip. I put the trip charges on my Discover card and when we determined that we couldn't go I went back into my Google account and cancelled all of the Wigwam charges. When my statement arrived I saw that it two charges of**$***.**. I called Discover and they told me that I had a credit of only $***.**.***Which means that I have paid $***.** for a two night stay at the Wigwam which I cannot use.*Am I happy ? Absolutely not.

GetHuman-rewiggs did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
