Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I have purchased the offer for Dubai Ladies Club * vouchers each aed ***. I was planning to buy the weekend offer at aed *** but I bought weekday by mistake. I would like to exchange it with the weekend offer. I have contacted you previously and you refused to do that and u offered me **% discount for next purchhase which I redeemed already. Now I was informed by the merchant that I can do exchange for the offer and they were surprised that u refused my request. I would like to request you to help me on this matter as I cannot use the vouchers during week days. Am not asking to refund. I will exchange with more expensive offer! You can take back the **% which u offered me and I used it already. You should be able to solve issues similar to this. Hope to hear back from you
