Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Order Details: The order number for your purchase on August **, **** is ****-******-******.*Description-Quantity&Price: Destination Sports and Adventures — Weber River Tubing Adventure for One. Total: $**.****I tried to go tubing with my girlfriend on ********. On our way up the canyon to the company taking us* we got stuck in traffic that postponed us a good ** minutes to an hour. A semi truck on the highway in front of us had an explosion*rollover leaving tons of heavy bags filled with onions onto the highway that emergency services were trying to clean up. Once we made it past this obstruction we arrived at the site only to learn that the company had decided to cancel the entire day of their trips (presumably due to the highway issue although other companies remained open). We told them it had taken us hours to get there and asked if they could give us the service that we payed for, they said they could not. We received no contact from the company alerting us of their decision to cancel on us while we were driving up the canyon, otherwise we would have saved ourselves a lot of time by turning around. We ended up having to go use a nearby company that did not cancel on their guests and paid them to hitch a last minute adventure with them instead. So now it remains that I have paid $** for a service that I did not receive. When asked if they could re-fund they said to contact Groupon directly because of the *rd party nature of this transaction. Obviously, I hold no grievances toward Groupon over this matter as there was no fault on your end. That being said, the company "Destination Sports And Adventures" really left us 'up creek without a paddle' on this one and I would deeply appreciate being refunded for the service I did NOT receive.
