Good afternoon,**Recently, I used a Groupon to purchase a five day juice cleanse for myself and a three day juice cleanse for my mother. What I was hoping was going to be a healthy and enjoyable experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, I received both cleanses late and completely thawed. Not only were they not frozen but some of them had even busted open. I live in Phoenix, Arizona something I had hoped would have been taken into consideration during the very expensive shipment of my cleanses. I would also like to note that the cleanses did not sit outside for more than five minutes, because I was hyperaware of the heat and wanted to be sure nothing went bad. To my dismay as my mother and I are beginning our cleanse we both noticed that some of the bottles for our cleanses are missing. I also believe that due to the lack of ice packs and proper care of the shakes that some of them appear to have spoiled. I am extremely disappointed in this entire process and I am not sure that I will ever order these juices again. I would like to speak to someone about receiving a refund for these carelessly packaged products.**Alexis Varnado
