Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Recently booked a trip to Miami with a * night stay at the Broadmoor Hotel in North beach. The reviews and pictures were not an accurate description of the hotel. Place was a * star at best not the *.* stars groupon had it listed as. Pool and pool furniture were unusable as they were extremely filthy. We had to buy a day pass at another hotel miles away just to enjoy a day poolside. We decided to check out early (reservation was from ****-****) on Wednesday **** and the front desk employee, Javier, told us we would be refunded for the last night stay plus the joke of a resort fee. I have called the hotel and was unable to speak to a manager. Evidently the clerk should not have offered me a refund for either as I was instructed on a phone call made today (***). I would like this issue to be addressed and at this point would like to see * nights refused as well as * days of the resort fee as we only stayed at the hotel the nights of **** and ****. Thank you in advance for your help on this issue. I look forward to a quick and positive response in regards to making this issue right. *David Stover
