Had an expired groupon. Contacted company used credit & paid additional money to get the cleaning service. Service was so bad had to file a dispute for edit for additional monies paid through PayPal & Chase. Want a refund or credit for the $** spent through Groupon. Paid for * hours of cleaning. Here is my groupon review: Clean & Nope!!*I really needed a deep clean of * areas. The kitchen and the living room window area of my small apartment. I made this quite clear when I booked the appointment. I had a credit from an unused Groupon and paid an additional $** so I could have a full * hours to deep clean those areas.*The young woman they sent was very sweet.She was not a house cleaner. She was also ** minutes late and took an additional ** minutes to park her car and go bak for her supplies. I basically paid money to have my dishes washed and stove top cleaned. Most of the time she cleaned holding her cell and talking. Even when I started working on the windows myself and asked for help she stayed on the phone. Only in the last hour did she put some energy into helping me. The windows would not have been touched had I not been so frustrated I had to start them my self.*I notified the company via text and voice message. I missed their return call. I was busy cleaning! They text me and said they reached out to her She took * additional phone calls after that. Before she left I opened the refrigerator and it had not been touched. I asked her and she said it was too dirty. I cleaned it in ** minutes. I say this because she left about ** minutes early or rather spent the last ** minutes going through magazines I was giving away to take home. I was exhausted (I am recovering from cancer). She said there wasn't anything she could work on for that period of time.*My kitchen which is tiny was left with a dirty sink, dirty floor, the refrigerator and oven not touched, not one cabinet or drawer wiped down. She spent *.* hours in the kitchen.*As far as the windows, I took down the screens and washed them. I took down the curtains and drapes and washed them. I sprayed the windows from the outside to take the initial layers of dirt off them. All the things I was paying them to do. She did wash the window sills and help put the curtains back up. She did help remove some of the cob webs, albeit one handed while on the phone, so I had to get the rest. She did change * light bulbs after I asked her twice which meant she needed to get off the phone. Again she was very sweet, I bought her food when I ordered take out. *I reached out to the company from *pm to *pm via text and frustrated voice messages. It wasn't until after *pm when I sent a text asking if they were going to send out another cleaner the next day to actually clean or if I should cancel my payment and hire another company, they responded. We closed at *, someone will get in touch with you first thing.*And yes, it needed a deep clean that is why I overpaid for * areas. I gave her a meager tip as she did help hang the curtains and she was sweet. If I had not been so exhausted before she left and gone into the kitchen I would have noticed the dirty, floor, sink, oven and refrigerator. The fact that no one from the company had the decency to call me back after * hours of trying to reach them only added to the disappointing experience.*RECAP:*** minutes late (documented on my phone log)*** minutes to park and then go back a second time to get her supplies**.* hours on personal phone calls*Last ** minutes looking through magazines to take home because she didn't want to start or work on anything else.*$**** (groupon plus additional $**) time & money wasted*Company never addressed or apologized or rectified lack of professionalism for employee on phone.*If you want to pay someone to talk on the phone, go for it...if not...Clean & Nope!!
