I have not received any notification or resolution from GROUPON to that effect, so this has Not Been Fixed. I am leaving Florida to head to New Jersey so I am requesting a refund or an extension of the expiration date until I return to Florida in February, ****.
I didn’t just ask for one day but said booked for next * days
Just extend the expiration date on my GROUPON until I go back to Fl in February, **** or issue me the cost I paid as a credit to use on another GROUPON.
I have been using GROUPON for years. I had GROUPON’s expiring without requesting refunds, etc.
There was nothing else I could do except ask for your help.
