Hi, I bought a groupon for Manhattan Laser Spa. I had been before and used a groupon, but the fine print said if you hadn’t been in over * months you could use the groupon. When I called to make the appointment they told me that they were sorry but I could not use the groupon, however the manager agreed to honor the value and just charge me the difference. When I arrived fory appointment, the attendant said that she didnt know who told me that, but that they absolutely could not honor the value. Since I do not live in New York, I really wanted to get the service done so I purchased a packae through them after they ***ured me that Groupon would refund the purchase if I called. I see that calling is not an option so I hope that this is the correct way to reach you. Thank you.
