Hi, my name is Alana Rowton. I ordered a **" tv stand last night and it had a problem with submitting my debit card because for some reason it was saying that the billing zip I enteres was different than on file with the bank and it is not. I then got a page saying it's still processing and I will get an email to tell me if there was a problem or if it went through but I also did not receive that email. When I went back to see my order it said on page the date I may receive that package but nothing if it went through or not. Now the customer page is down and I can't even see the order number or any other information. Is there a way I can know if my order went through or do I need to do something else? the zip code for billing is *****.
GetHuman-abconaty did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
