I have sent * emails showing where groupon debited my account twice for one purchase! My emails began on April **, **** after purchasing a coupon for Jiffy lube! No one is understanding. the problem. In those emails i have included my bank statement. At first i was told this was an extra "pending charge" for some reason or another....Then wehen the charges went through and i emailed support explaining the charges went through and sent my bank statement showing the double charge, groupon support sends me an email saying "im glad your issue was resolved!! **Please just contact me on the phone would be nice ...*** ***-**** so you can refund my account the additional **.** that was debited from my account ..I have been sa customer of groupon since the beginning!! i have always loved you and want to still use you to shop, but i am losing all confidence......
