I purchased a wheel alignment service for my vehicle on Groupon to be performed at Groovy Automotive in Austin, TX. NOWHERE in the add did it mention not working on specific vehicles, specifically European cars (or I would have never wasted my time). I took a day off work to get this done, and when I arrived I was told they could not perform the service on my BMW. When I asked why it wasn't on the add I was told by the guy at the front desk "I watched my boss type that into the add. I don't know why it's not on there." He then went on to tell me I would need to get my refund from Groupon. So now I'm out my **$ purchase and a full day of work wages, and gas money if you want to add it ALL up. I'm trying to be proper about this, I have severe anger problems and this has kinda pushed me to the edge for today* and it's not even lunch.
