On March ** i left from Tyler TX to go to my daughters in Winston Salem NC when i got to Charlotte NC they had me tag my suit case the driver told to go in the building to have it tagged and to bring it back to him and that is what i did i gave my bag to him before boarding the bus again when i got to winston salem and was trying to get my bag it was no where to be found it is a black suit case that has wheels and a handle that you pull up i have already filled a lost baggage form greyhound is not working with me they keep trying to tell me that its my fault that my bag was not put back on the bus this is the claim number they gave me (********) mind you as soon as my daughter picked me up from the greyhound location as soon as we got to her house she filled out the form for me and that was on March ** **** that she did the claim for me that was the day i arrived in Winston Salem please if you can help in any way for getting this resolved with greyhound i have no clothes im a ** year old woman that has been having to wear my daughters clothes please i need my belongings thank you jacqueline britton.
