I was trying to get a full or partial refund for a ticket for Dec *, **** Cambridge, MD to Denver Colorado. The purchaed ticket was online. A family member buys me a air ticket for the same day as the bus ticket. Sunday December * I call you customer service number to possible refund the ticket but received no answer. *am eastern time December * I calls customer service which tells me I had no time to find another ticket and it was too bad on my end. I'm like I never even got the e ticket just the confirmation because I had to wait * hours prior to boarding. You can email me at *****@***.com or call me anytime at ***-***-****.
