I was supposed to leave Macon Georgia at *:** going to Kinston North Carolina the bus was completely full that's what the bus driver told me at that point I was told I had to get on the next bus going to Atlanta but there was only one bus going to Kinston that day when I got to Atlanta no one knew what to do about my situation they had me sit in the red priority boarding chairs and told me they would get back with me that was at *:** p.m. no one ever came to address the issue I then went up to the ticket booth to see if they could address the matter they sent me to customer service then customer service told me they were not available to work the computer because they was new I then proceeded to go back to the ticket line and at that point I found out I could not leave out until *:** a.m. the next morning when I purchase my ticket I had a seat my original date to leave was August *st at *:** p.m. but as I look at my ticket I would not get to my destination until August *rd *:** a.m. in the morning I feel like that is very unacceptable for a trip that was supposed to only take me ** hours to get to it was a number amount of buses that left the Atlanta terminal that I could have got on I'm not understanding why I have to wait so long to get to my destination when I purchase my tickets and it said it was a seat available for me I understand that Greyhound does not give refunds in that manner but something needs to be done and I want something done because a one-day trip should not turn into * and *** to * days without the company being responsible and held liable because of their employees actions I feel like I should be given a way back home since Greyhound cause me to miss my parent funeral I cannot express the hurt I have inside right now towards this company in the anger I feel and it's others like me as well I deserve a trip on Greyhound because their employees did not adequately do their jobs buy reissue want to take it to me buy explain to me that it would have been in my best interest to not even get on the bus if that was the case the whole system is very screwed up and I feel like a company is biggest Greyhound should be being sued for people going through emotional distress because of the problems that Greyhound the company and their employees put upon the Patriots that are riding their vessels something needs to be done this deserves news attention this has been going on too far I keep getting Greyhound chance after chance and to me it seems like the company just doesn't care
