The issue in GetHuman-johncjon's own words
On Monday February ** at **** I was scheduled to catch the Greyhound bus from Baltimore Maryland going to Fayetteville North Carolina. I left and we got to DC terminal and there was complications with the driver. The driver was too fatigued is what we heard and the driver also ran out of driving time so he could not drive any further is another story we heard. We were told to stand outside in the line in the cold at *:** in the morning to approximately for *:** in the morning. Another gentleman and I was referred by the Greyhound employee that he can send us back to Baltimore where there will be a bus ready and we can be headed to our destination. After video recording a driver assemble a part of the back of the bus with tape again waited an additional ** minutes in the cold after the bus arrived the bus driver had to charge his phone . We proceeded to get on the bus which was crowded and headed back to Baltimore Maryland. We arrived at the Baltimore downtown station ** minutes after the bus to party going towards Fayetteville and North Carolina at left. We then had an additional two hour layover in that terminal. Finally getting on the bus heading towards DC and then into Roanoke and because of the scheduling we had another two hour layover. After getting on that bus we headed to Raleigh North Carolina. and on the way to Raleigh our bus breaks down * miles away from the terminal because of that we missed our next bus so we had to have another two hour layover in Raleigh before getting back to Fayetteville North Carolina at *:** p.m. I believe that I was inconvenience and the cold of DC's outside terminals at all the scheduling delays and all the bus driver issues at your company had I should be reimbursed in full and compensated somehow I have a video tape of your driver's taping up the bus I think that is an incredibly unsafe I think it's very unprofessional and I would like to be compensated for all my troubles thank you. sincerely John Claytor
