REFERENCE: Greyhound Ticket Purchase Confirmation and Itinerary (********)-*I purchased a ticket for my daughter to travel from Boston to Atlantic City with a transfer in NYC on Dec. **. She did get to NYC where she was told that the bus from NYC to Atlantic City was cancelled and there was no alternative. She is only ** years old and asked for help from the Greyhound clerk who told her, "YOU are not a priority". So if Greyhound is a company where customers are not a priority - who would want to give them business? I want a full refund. Maryanne and Kaitlin Kelleher
