As a recent rider using Greyhound, I scheduled a return trip from New York returning to Baltimore City five days before the actual trip. I had arranged for a return trip but indicated the wrong time the **th day of December. Upon printing out my ticket only to learn of this mistake, I immediately contacted Greyhound to correct the time. I scheduled this return trip on Monday, December **th for the return trip to take place on sunday, December **th.**I was charged an extra $**.** classified as a rescheduling fee. Whatever happened to good customer service? Greyhound was not inconvenienced as a result of this time change, something that took place six days in advance. It is obvious that Corporate is only interested in profits and not its customers*customer service. The application of this policy to charge a rescheduling fee is simply unjustified. This policy is simply away to rip off, cheat, overcharge, gouge, and fleece the customer to increase revenue for which no service was rendered and no fee was earned or justified. This is my last time ever using Greyhound, and I will certainly discourage others from using this company. Unfortunately, I had to keep this reservation to use Greyhound to return from New York to Baltimore City as I did not wan to lose my money. **I was robbed by Greyhound without a gun as this company is certainly hard up for money, and the end result is fleecing the customer. Greyhound's corporate officers have no idea of good customer service standards for principles, except ripping off its customers disguised in some form of policy. *Ernest D. Matthews
