I am trying to reach someone to try to get an exchange for a ticket that was for this past Sunday. It was from Jacksonville FL to Cleveland Ohio....I was in the hospital in Cleveland due to domestic violence with my husband. I had * broken ribs and my lung collapsed, both of my eyes were black and was covered in bruises from head to toe. I left Cleveland when I got out of the hospital in fear of my safety with only a few of my belongings. I have five children that are in Cleveland, between the ages of *-* years old. They are at a friend of mines house and have been there since the night the domestic violence incident occurred. I need to get back to them. I had problems getting to the station and tried to reschedule my departure date. I have had nothing but problems. My ID is expired and I live in Ohio. I can pay for the exchange fee but I have nothing or no way to purchase another ticket. I'm begging for help from someone at Greyhound!!! I need to get back to my children. My husband is in jail from the domestic violence charge. My mother in law is who purchased the Greyhound ticket. I have nothing. No one to help. No vehicle, absolutely nothing left. Please please help!!! While all this was happening, I've been evicted from my home even. Please respond!
