The issue in GetHuman-coolingd's own words
This was my first experince using your company and it will certainly be my last. I had purchased a ticket for my trip from Orlando to Miami * weeks in advance. I check in online an hour and a half before my trip, I arrive at the station at *:**, the bus is supposed to leave at *:**. I get my bags checked and pay my $** extra for the second bag, go to terminal c and get in line to board my bus. There are about ** of us in line when an employee turns to us shrugs his shoulders and says bus is full. The staff began to laugh at us for being upset! They told us we would just have to take the next bus! Which was not until * pm! Well after the time my cruise left port! I got a refund for my ticket but was told they would not refund my baggage fee! I would like my $** refunded and I feel the fee for the Uber’s I had to take both ways should be covered by your company as well. You are quite lucky I was able to find transport to Miami and not miss my cruise, or I would be attempting to sueing your company for the entire cost of my vacation, plus emotional distress. Selling more tickets than you have seats is dispicatble! Do you understand the situation I was left in as a person who suffers from an anxiety disorder having my travel plans ripped out from underneath me?I was enduring panic attacks in the station as I was being laughed at by employees! Truly disgusting behavior. How about trying at least allowing those who purchased advanced tickets to board first! The whole thing just seems backwards and money grabbing! You ruined my vacation and my only hope is that you will stop ruining people’s lives with your crooked scheme! I will do my best to make sure the news gets out about how you do nothing for your customers after you leave them stranded!
