I took a trip from Kansas City Missouri to Palmdale, California. They had me wait on a layover in LA for about * hours or so, and then loaded me up and drove me ** minutes away to San Fernando, and dropped me off with my bags at a closed station in a vagrant filled parking lot. Only to have me wait there for about * hours until going to Palmdale, which is only an hour away from LA. It took me ** or so hours to go somewhere that's * hour away. I was very irritated but maintained my composer. I made a complaint from the San Fernando station and my case number is ******. My name is Vinson Young. I would like to receive compensation for my time and stress, in the for of future fare credit. I have been riding Greyhound for over ** years and would love to keep doing so.
