To ask for help for two tickets in advance and instead was Pro long told it had to be a different way that cost more money and a different person would have to intercede causing us to wait to have to midnight which cost me more money only come to find out the passenger sister had to go into town to put money on your credit card to intercede for the passenger who did not have an ID again to find out that was not the case and it all cost us more money later on the return trip home because of an emergency my bags have been lost misplaced however you want to say it no one seems to be looking or doing a job too busy too busy work to help locate my suitcase which is could be life or death it contains my heart medication and I believe that would be their job but no one seems to want to be able to give any information or locate my suitcase, being hung up on numerous times, is very non-professional. compensation for my suitcase, my medicine, and other unnecessary expenses would be the only conversation I would accept to even think about riding Greyhound ever again.

The issue in GetHuman-wbacgers's own words
First of all on September ** we caught a Greyhound to Dallas from Austin as we try to make our reservations online we were told that we could not make those because one of the passengers my fiance did not have an ID so after we called and called finally after midnight which cost us more money they said no that wasn't the case she can go ahead and ride with me our ticket was to come back on Tuesday the **th unfortunately we had an emergency and had to come back on the following day and had to pay the extra $** per passenger charge for changing the ticket come to find out we could only catch the * bus back to Austin according to the Greyhound workers somehow we asked one of the bus drivers at *:** was their room and he was able to allow us to board the bus as we boarded the bus our luggage was placed on the bus my fiance's was tagged mine was just put on there as we arrived in Austin due to the fact of not having a ticket and my carry-on bag was with me I seem to have misplaced my luggage my suitcase wasn't until I reach home until I realize that I did not have my suitcase which contain all of my heart medication and some expensive clothes they told me to wait until * a.m. to call back this was at *:** p.m. that I first try to call them when I called at *:** a.m. they told me to call after * p.m. no one seemed do you have any information on any of my baggage they passed me back and forth to each other giving me the runaround so I called back after * same results I called at ** just a few minutes ago the first three times as they tried to transfer me to the claim baggage department I was hung up on I have not found any one trying to find out where my luggage is or trying to locate it I have expressed very sincerely how important my suitcase is containing all of my heart medication and also my clothes but most importantly my heart medication being diagnosed with congestive heart failure I'm very disappointed in any and all of your employees will try to handle the situation because no one has handle it professionally and each one keeps dropping the ball or handing it off to someone else please call me at ***-***-**** my name is Craig Brumfield, and I reside at **** East **st Street Apartment * Austin Texas ***** I really thought Greyhound would be a great experience unfortunately I can't say that it has been and it's not getting any better sincerely Craig Brumfield I hope to hear from someone *****@***.com
