I rode on Greyhound July **st. My luggage was damaged and no longer usable. I called corporate, the explained what I needed to do as far as go back to the terminal, get paperwork,etc. I followed the instructions, though the terminal does not do pictures and waited the ** days for response.*I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING TO DATE!*I have called numerous, including yesterday, and am now being told their is nothing you all can do, my info is not in the computer and today, been asked to fax over all of the paperwork I received which the person on the phone has already told me is not the correct one.*I did my part and it is now time for you all to do yours. My luggage was not free. It cost $***.**.*This incident happened in Columbus Ohio and I reside in Lexington Kentucky! I keep being told to go back to the terminal. Are you all paying for this trip and why should I when I followed your instructions when I was there and even did a follow up with the supervisor at the terminal before I left.
GetHuman-shjanita did not yet indicate what Greyhound should do to make this right.
