I’ve been trying to track a lost box out of the four I shipped via GPX on ******. Issues started for me at the Baltimore station, where the customer service was less than stellar. I was told different things between the GPX customer service line and the actual staff at the Baltimore station. GPX at Baltimore ended up only scanning * out of the * boxes. When I received the delivery notice to the station in Charlotte, I proceeded there to retrieve the boxes on *******. The lady “sitting” at the counter in the slot where you set your boxes, had her back to me and asked if she could help me. When I told her I was there to pick up some packages, she proceeded to yell back to someone out of view that “you have a customer”. She stayed seated in the package slot of the counter with her back to me while she viewed her phone. About * minutes later, the GPX agent came out. She acted like she was bothered I came to pick up a package. I could see my packages behind the counter but there were only three. I was told that they would alert me when the final package came.**Upon returning home with my packages, I promptly called the customer service line. They said the information I was given at the Charlotte station was correct, but to give it a week and call them back to start a claim if the package had not yet arrived. I returned to the Charlotte station just to do one last check on *******. The package was not there and was “thought” to be back logged in Richmond, VA. Since Baltimore only scanned one box out of the four, it was impossible to track where the package could be located. I filled the form out at the Charlotte station and left with a copy and my shipping details. I then proceeded to leave a lengthy message on the customer service site regarding my experience. Someone called me that same afternoon on ******* and said that my filing of the tracer claim was premature and that she would personally contact the supervisor in Richmond to locate my package. I was told that I would receive a status update either over the weekend or on Monday *******. It is now Thursday ******* and I have received no status update. I tried to call the number back of the lady who contacted me, but it only routed me to a customer service line that tried to take me through the same process all over again. I’ve tried to call the Corporate line to get some sort of resolution*compensation, only to be routed to the same customer service line.**This whole experience has been disappointing to say the least. I was recommended shipping through GPX due to the low rates but that has equated to low end service. It’s obvious from the complaints on Google, online and the Facebook site that this incompetence is not addressed and ACCEPTED by higher ups in Greyhound. What would make this right is a total refund of this shipment and compensation for my lost items. I’m not usually someone who complains a lot, but this is truly ridiculous. I’m hoping this reaches someone who can provide some sort of solution to my issue.
