Help with my Greyhound issue
The issue in GetHuman-kcadams's own words
Yesterday my husband and I took greyhound from lima,oh to cleveland,oh with a transfe r in toledo. We started out with a bus station that was closed. A sign on the door said if issues call **********. I pressed * and recording said to call **********. I called that number trying to find out if this bus stop was valid, the person I spoke to after being in hold * minutes told me he couldn't help me call the *** number. I explained i already did and he told me"i don't know what to tell you. " the bus finally showed up at ***. My husband is disabled and the first * seats for the disabled were filled with passengers carry on bags and they didn't want to move them, nor did the driver. My husband ended up sitting * rows in front of were i sat because people were laying in the row taking up both seats and again passengers wouldn't move when asked and once again your driver did NOTHING. Why does greyhound feel that disabled passengers have no rights and able bodied persons can buy * seat and use * or put their bags in a disabled section and tell that person to find another seat. We paid our fare and should have been allowed to sit where we needed to. The discrimination that you showed my husband in this leg of the trip was not only illegal but shameful in your part. The second bus we did not have any issues. The driver made sure my husband got up the stairs ok and we sat in handicap section. The second bus was Barons so I know that only greyhound discriminated against us. I called and talked to * customer service reps this morning gave both our confirmation number, names,address,phone, and then * hung up with saying nothing else not even bye and the other left me on hold ** minutes before I hung up.*I want my trip refunded.
GetHuman-kcadams did not yet indicate what Greyhound should do to make this right.
