I booked a ticket to leave from Durham to Norfolk leaving at *:** A.M. I got to the station at *:** to be on time. As time approaches the agent tells me that the bus wasn’t gonna be on time & that it hasn’t been on time the last * weeks. Also, for me to make my connection I’d have to take a $** cab or wait another * hours for another bus. I thought it was highly unprofessional for an agent to suggest I take a $** plus dollar cab to get a connection to my destination after I already paid. On top of that he came of as extremely, short tempered & unhelpful. *I asked for a manager & he told me there was no one to talk to. *So after waiting *.* hours I was also charged an additional $** for my backpack which was well under the **kg limit. *I understand that buses sometimes run late but the agent told me that they haven’t been running on time for weeks. If that was the case, how come that was not on the reservation? Knowing that, I would’ve gone to another station. So now I’m gonna be * hours late on top of being spoken down to by one of your agents and I am completely annoyed, embarrassed & dissatisfied with this experience. This was my second time using greyhound and this has been a horrendous experience coupled w* a rude abrasive staff member. *I would like some sort of a resolution to this situation. This is not what I paid for!!! Not happy. :(
