My name is Joshua Urrutia and my confirmation number is ******** and I had purchased a Greyhound ticket for Thursday April **th at * AM and my returning trip was Friday April **th at *:** p.m. So the bus should have left at *:** p.m. and it is *:** a.m. right now and I had just gotten on the bus, everybody that was waiting for this bus waiting over six and a half hours and everybody was complaining. This one female got so upset to the point where she had passed out and they had to call the ambulance for her. That goes to show you how upset a lot of people were for paying so much money for a ticket and it being delayed for over * hours. I would like my $** return trip refund please. The people in the front at Greyhound bus station had told all of the waiting people that we can email you all and see if we can get a refund for the return trip. Help me out with whatever you can please, I would hate to have to stop using Greyhound.
