Get a listing of charges and get the ... My account was hacked by an unknown party. They changed my email and phone contact. I was notified early in the morning on ********** by Greendot that someone was trying to change my PIN number. I immediately tried to sign into the Greendot APP and could not. I finally got through to Greendot support and proved who I was and had them close the account and refund my balance. My refund was over **** dollars shy of what I was supposed to have. I requested Greendot send my register of posted charges and they did but the charges they sent cut off on the **th of October with no record of the fraudulent charges that occurred over the next day. I need the record of those charges to dispute them and recover my money. I don't care how they do it. Send them to me or open the account back to me using the email and phone number that was registered on this account for over * years. That is what gets me, my account email and phone number was the same for * years! Set that back and let me get my money and we will go our separate ways. I have called them on their "customer service" line numerous times and have been left on hold for up to and over an hour at a time just to have my call answered, a dead air sound, and dropped. It's like they are avoiding me or I've been put on a do not answer list. I never had this problem before when my paychecks were being direct deposited into their bank. Somebody needs to give me answers as to what I need to do to get my money back. Do I need and attorney? Should I call the FBI fraud unit and report this? Get my State Attorney General involved? I'm at the end of my rope and I will not let this stand and they will not keep my money no matter how much they try to hide. Greendot can resolve this issue by providing me with a list of charges on my account so that I can dispute the fraudulent charges and get my money back!
