I have a total of three accounts. When I talked to a customer rep. We resolved to cancel the first two, and I am keeping the third, ending in ****. I have already used my direct deposit on this card, although I've never received this card. I have a lot of money on this card, my unemployment benefits are on it. I need my card asap! I told them I cannot get mail at my physical address but they would not take a p.o. box. So I'm afraid that the card may have been sent back for the third time and I need access to my money on this **** card. Can you have it fed exed to me? I receive fed ex at my home. Also, I tried to get online to check my account status and it says that I'm blocked. This has been the worst experience ever. I want to transfer the money from my savings account and checking into my local bank account. I have a total of about ****.oo in savings and about ***.** in checking. If I cant get this resolved before the holiday weekend I will be moving my money elsewhere. My number is ***-***-****. *Thank you.*Jennifer Wiseman
