I bought a Green Dot card from Walgreens and loaded money onto it. However, when I tried to verify my identity with clear photos on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, they kept getting declined. I'm frustrated because the customer service line was unhelpful, and I couldn't reach the CEO's office via email. Despite providing my social security number successfully, my ID photos are not being accepted, which makes me feel like I'm being scammed. I hope to resolve this issue soon as I might need to consider legal action if necessary.

My mother bought gift cards for all eight grandchildren. I need help activating them without providing Social Security numbers. The grandchildren are aged 12 and up, and it's difficult to understand why the registration process is so complicated. These are Christmas gifts that should be easy for the kids to use. Some of them don't have phones to download the app and using their social security numbers seems unnecessary. They simply want to spend the $30.00. Thank you, Nina.

I usually receive my social security direct deposit monthly, but this time it didn't come through. I contacted social security, and they advised me to reach out to you for assistance. I was hoping to speak with someone directly, but that doesn't seem possible. It's disappointing to have to deal with automated systems. I have decided to close this account due to the inconvenience. Kindly assist with this matter. Thank you. - Phil S.

After experiencing a devastating house fire where I lost all my belongings, I reached out to Green Dot to have a new card issued. They assured me that the funds from my old card and inform account would be transferred to the new one with no fees. However, upon receiving the new card, my funds were missing. Additionally, after depositing $30, only $20 was available, even though I did not make any other transactions. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am unable to log in to my account. This situation is particularly distressing as I have lost everything in the fire and cannot afford to have funds disappear without explanation or be unsure of my remaining balance.

I bought a Green Dot card with $90 on it from CVS and tried to register it for hours. Despite multiple attempts inputting my information, the registration failed each time. The provided customer service number didn't connect me to a live person. Eventually, I called [redacted] and was informed that I needed to register on my laptop. I tried again today but encountered the same issue. I urgently needed to make a payment to avoid a late fee, but after being on hold for over 38 minutes, I still haven't reached a live agent. My frustration is high as I have funds on the card that I can't use, and I'm currently still on hold.

My card was lost in [redacted], and I reported it at that time. I received a replacement card from Green Dot, which I have been trying to activate for two years now. Unfortunately, my money seems to have disappeared, and this has caused me substantial inconvenience, especially since it was my social security check. I have also contacted your customer service and provided all the necessary identification, including my New York State social services ID and my social security card. I urgently need my funds back, as this has put me in a difficult financial situation. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you. - James J.

Hello, my name is James W. Phillips. I own two businesses with approximately 50 to 75 full-time employees and 30 part-time employees. I recommended Green Dot cards to my staff to simplify direct deposits. I have purchased a new Green Dot card recently and need the balance. I have used Green Dot cards before and believe they could benefit my growing businesses. In the next four months, a third company of mine will triple the number of employees to over [redacted], increasing card usage. I am concerned about accessing the balance promptly. It is essential to me as I manage multi-million-dollar businesses with government funding. Please provide the card balance as soon as possible to maintain a positive partnership and streamline payroll for my diverse workforce. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I have received and the difficulties I have faced since purchasing the Green Dot card on Friday, January 3, [redacted]. Despite loading money onto the card to pay a bill, I have been unable to register or use it at all. Each time I try to register it, after entering all my information, the system fails to proceed to open my account and sends me back to the beginning. I contacted 1-[redacted] and was informed they could not help with the registration. Despite trying different methods on my cell phone, laptop, and computer, I have had no success. I requested a refund but was only redirected to another unhelpful automated system. Even after calling another number I found, [redacted], I was left on hold and then told my card was working, which it is not. It is now Monday, January 6, [redacted], and I have not been able to resolve this issue or gain access to my money. This has resulted in me incurring a $15 late fee on my bill, which I cannot afford. I am incredibly frustrated and upset by the lack of assistance from Green Dot representatives. I simply want a refund of my money. Please assist me.

A few months ago, my email was hacked, but I never had any issues with my Green Dot account. About a month ago, when I tried to log in to Green Dot, I was denied access. Despite multiple attempts and even receiving a new card, I am still unable to access my account. I have over $[redacted] in the vault and a pending direct deposit that I am unable to touch. To make matters worse, my phone number has changed, and I am unable to receive the verification code. I am at a loss on what to do next.

I'm having trouble with my Green Dot debit prepaid Visa card. Every time I attempt to register it online or in the Green Dot app, it keeps saying it's invalid. I purchased the card at Walmart and added $30 to it. This situation is causing me a lot of stress and frustration. I've attempted to reach out to customer service, but they require a 16-digit card number, which sometimes doesn't go through. Even when it does, the 3-digit security code on the back isn't accepted. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

Hello, my name is Lutanyer. My card is expiring this month, and as I am in the process of moving, I would like to know if my new card has been mailed out. Additionally, I am wondering if I can still use the current card I have until the new one arrives. The new card is supposed to be sent to [redacted] Lake Shore Blvd, Apt [redacted], Euclid, OH [redacted]. If it has not been mailed out yet, please send it to P.O. Box [redacted], Uniontown, AL [redacted]. The last four digits of the current card are [redacted]. Thank you, Lutanyer.

I am very disappointed with Green Dot. On my birthday, my son gave me a gift card from them. I attempted to use it, but it did not work. I registered online, but I am still unable to use the card. I am now being charged $7.95 monthly, and despite trying to contact them through the number on the back of the card and their corporate number, I have been unsuccessful in speaking to a live representative. I would like the monthly fee refunded to the card and clear instructions on how to utilize it so I can spend the $20 my son gifted me and move on from Green Dot.

I'm facing a challenging situation with my Walmart Money Card account. I receive my Social Security Direct Deposits into this account, which includes both an ABA Routing number and Account number. However, the Debit card associated with the account, ending in [redacted], is not working when I try to use it. I have activated and registered the card but have faced issues with authorization and technical difficulties. When attempting to access my account through the Walmartmoneycard.com app on my Android phone, I only encounter a red screen stating a mismatch of information, although it works fine on my laptop. On a positive note, I do have a fully functional Green Dot Card ending in [redacted]. If there's a way to transfer the funds from my Walmart Money Card account to the Green Dot Card, it could provide a temporary solution to my problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a Green Dot card at Walmart and loaded $[redacted] onto it. However, when I tried to update my address, I was notified that my information couldn't be verified and that the card can only be used for in-store purchases. I've been calling for assistance every other day to resolve this, but now they claim there is a block on my card. I am confused why there is a block when I have the card with me. They keep telling me to wait for someone from corporate to call, but after almost 7 days, no one has reached out. It is frustrating to have my funds inaccessible, especially as a single mother of 4 children who needs the money to pay bills. My car insurance has lapsed due to this issue. I just want the block removed so I can use the card as intended.

I recently bought a GreenDot card. When I tried to get a personalized card on their website, I was told I wasn't eligible. I contacted their phone support, but they just directed me back to the website. Now, I'm stuck with a card I can't use as intended because I can't reload money onto it for online purchases. I'm worried about being charged unnecessary fees due to this issue. Is there a way for me to get a personalized card without extra charges or monthly fees if I have to order it from the Green Dot website?

I purchased a Green Dot card on January 10, [redacted], to urgently pay a bill. However, almost a week later, I have been unable to make online or in-store purchases, like at Walmart, with the $[redacted] I loaded onto it. I've had no success reaching anyone since activating the card, and it seems my number is blocked. Thankfully, I didn't put my rent money on it. I'm frustrated and need access to my funds. Despite numerous attempts, they claim the quality of my ID photo isn't good enough, though I took it with an iPhone 11. I'm considering legal action and seeking advice on reaching a human, preferably an American representative, as the online chat has been unhelpful.

I am facing issues activating my Green Dot card and setting up an account. I receive the mobile activation code, but when I enter it, I get an error message stating, "unable to process your account at the moment." Despite multiple attempts, double-checking for errors, and waiting between tries, I can't seem to activate it through the app or browser. Numerous others have reported the same problem, and I feel frustrated. I urgently need to activate the card as I used my last $[redacted] at Walmart to pay bills online, and my power is at risk of being shut off tomorrow. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My RushCard account was compromised on Tuesday. I reported it immediately. The pending charges were reversed, and my money was refunded the next day. However, yesterday, my account was compromised again with charges in Charlotte. When I called customer service this time, the experience was terrible. My card was blocked on the day of my direct deposit, leaving me with no access to my money. The dispute team is sending a new card in 7-10 business days, but their service has been unprofessional. I tried to expedite the card, but they asked security questions and then claimed I answered them incorrectly, even though I know my own life details. They refused to send me a card or unblock my current one. I've been a customer for 5 years and feel abandoned without any help or access to my funds. - Quincy Jones

I have been a long-time user of a Visa debit Green Dot card and never encountered issues until recently when I got a new phone. Upon trying to access my account, I was prompted to verify using my old email or phone number, which I no longer have access to. Despite having the card with me for verification, updating my information has proven difficult. The customer service advised me to do it online, yet I am unable to. I find it unfair that I am being asked to order a new card instead of being able to update my details. A security question or alternative verification method would be helpful in situations like mine. The current system feels flawed, especially when customers like me are left without access to their accounts through the app. The lack of flexibility and support in resolving this issue is frustrating.

I fell ill while under Dr. Care's supervision and had to stop working. Once I filed for disability, I received emergency funds from my late father. In June [redacted], I bought four GreenDot cards with $[redacted] on each. Unfortunately, when I tried to use them, three were empty, and one had a remaining balance of $[redacted].35. Despite my efforts and providing confirmation numbers, I have not received any refunds or assistance from the company. I have documented everything, including receipts, card numbers, and interactions with their staff. The company suggested I was scammed by individuals in different locations who somehow obtained the card numbers. I have involved the local police and will vigorously pursue this issue until resolved.
