I tried to activate my GoBank card after filling it with ***$ and after I filled out all of my personal information on the GoBank app and gave e-signatures agreeing to GoBank’s terms and Agreements, upon clicking “activate,” an error screen popped up saying that the app was unable to unable to open the account and to try again later. After trying repeatedly for about an hour, I tried to call a customer service line to get my funds returned to me because I definitely do not think GoBank is the program for me* the customer service line was inaccessible because I don’t have a permanent card or an account number, so I was unable to resolve the issue. I need to talk to someone, a live person, on GoBank’s customer service line—someone who will assure me that my personal information will be immediately deleted from GoBank (and any other partner*affiliates records, and that my money will be returned to me in an expedited fashion. I need to receive a reference and confirmation number at the end of this call so that both sides of the phone will have record of it, in case either of these promises are not followed through with.
