Help with my Green Dot issue

To add the MoneyPak cards to my linked debit card. ... I got * MoneyPak cards, each with $***. Tried to put it on my debit card it ask for my to identify myself to upload my ID. Spent almost * days trying to upload it, kept saying identification failed or something similar to that. I called talked to someone then it went through but still had to be approved, it wasn't. I've tried calling Green Dot nd they kept hanging up on me or disconnecting me from the chat online. I submitted a refund request on all *. After I did that I was told to try to put it in a different card. I did just that nd it states card has been used. Been trying to get a hold of someone to see why it's saying that nd what's going on with my refund. Nobody will tell me anything. Last person I talked to today told me they weren't MoneyPak nd there was no number for them nd good luck nd hung up on me. Why does MoneyPak not have a way to get ahold of them. I need my money back now. Not ** day's. Can't find out no info about what's going on. Like I said, I call their rude nd well help me. This ain't some chump change, this is $**** nd nobody can tell me anything. Why couldn't MoneyPak just put the money on my card instead of having to wait for a **** refund. It didn't take me ** days to pay them. I wanna know what's going on with my cards. Where to I go from here beings nobody wants to help me MoneyPak has noway of getting ahold of them. I will not purchase one again.
Because you cannot contact them and I wasn't aware the limit was $**** a day. I had just received a trust fund nd didn't want $**** cash on me so purchased the MoneyPak cards to put in my online account. They didn't ask questions first just assumed I'm up to no good. ASK first Greendot before assuming I'm trying to scam you idiot's.
I want either my money back or put into my bank account that is linked. I live on a fixed income and you can't just take my money because of you assuming ****.
I have been purchasing from Greendot for some time now. I will not be anymore
I have tried everything possible
