I bought a green for debit card * days ago at *-**, I loaded $**,** on it to pay my car insurance, I tried to pay the transaction declined, called the number on the back of the card and the automated system advised me that my card was blocked and I need to send a copy of my photo ID to have it unblocked to access my money, I don't have an ID mine is expired I called again to see if anything changed and something did change this company took $*,** from my balance for a monthly maintenance fee and my card is still blocked, my car insurance got cancelled and now I will be getting a $***.** fine for not having insurance, this is unacceptable I cannot speak to anyone I am frustrated beyond belief. I would either like my card unblocked immediately have access to my money or my account cancelled and a full refund sent to me or I will be taking legal action thank you
